Om Shakti Computer aims to provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process for all customers.

1. Cancellations
   Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped or a service has started, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@omshakticomputer.com.
2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
   • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
   • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
   • The service provided was not as described or could not be completed due to our fault.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
   • Diagnosis and inspection fees for repairs.
   • Custom-built PCs or software installations once initiated.
   • Products returned without original packaging or beyond 7 days of delivery.
4. Refund Method
   Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
